Distribution Holland-Belgium

Distrilog is working with five transport companies in the Netherlands within the DHB partnership to make logistics processes more sustainable. This partnership reduces empty kilometres and optimises routes, contributing to lower CO₂ emissions and a greener logistics sector.

DHB netwerk

To make our logistics processes more sustainable, Distrilog has established a partnership with five other transport companies in the Netherlands under the name DHB (Distributie Holland België) for several years. This partnership enables us to organise goods flows more efficiently and environmentally friendly, which contributes to a lower ecological footprint in the distribution sector.

The DHB partnership offers two key ecological benefits:

  • Fewer empty kilometres: By bundling transports, we can significantly reduce empty kilometres. This means trucks are optimally utilised, leading to lower fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
  • More efficient routes: Joint planning allows us to plot more efficient routes, reducing the number of kilometres driven. This helps reduce energy consumption and reduces traffic congestion.

With this partnership, Distrilog is taking a step forward in creating a more sustainable logistics sector. Together with our partners within DHB, we continue to strive for innovative solutions to minimise our impact on the environment and contribute to a greener future.
